Knife Skills and Prep for MasterChef Starts Tueday

On Tuesday, we will learn knife skills- the last section of our Food Studies Unit before our MasterChef Competition on May 15th.

This Youtube clip will be one of the stations in preparing you to practice knife skills with Ms. House and Ms. Holms.

By the end of the morning, we'll have a delicious vegetable salad with perfectly cut vegetables to share.

This is all part of Applied Skills, Design and Technology (ASDT) and Health Education. There will be more budgeting and measuring in various units which will tie in to our Math units on data and measurement.
