Chinese Culture and Cooking

Thanks to Cynthia Lui for sharing her Chinese culture and cooking with us today. We learned a lot about traditions, mastered chopsticks,  and tasted delicious dishes. A very memorable afternoon!

Tasting shrimp chips and clementines- yum!

Re-enacting a Chinese tea ceremony- Raakin and Amelia are trying to honour their "parents" Gavin and Kristina.
Chopstick practice with gummy bears.
Spinach and tofu and Chinese chicken wings- a hit with the whole class.
Thank you Cynthia for sharing your stories and cooking with us!
